Our story
Smoking Train is a wood-fired pie shop and smokehouse in Sumner, Brisbane. We run a real wood-fired smoker — not a BBQ — and smoke our brisket, ribs, and pork low and slow, overnight, every night.
We bake our pies and pastries fresh every morning and pull proper espresso to go with them. Whether you're grabbing a bacon and egg roll at 5am or a brisket roll for lunch, everything is made from scratch right here.
Open Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 2:30pm.
